LONG before cookies, trackers, data mining, mobile devices, and ads. It is kept very static now on a major secure server. New in Off-the Charts      (feel free to email us suggested changes)

  • May 2024: version 24.25: Last single SEER version, with hope
    of another ACCA success in challenges to IRA regulations. 
  • September 2024: version 24.41was completed with months of
    research, and factory jumps to IRA regulations, created ability
    to calculate at SEER2 (M1). SEER1 is still selectable per system.
  • Early March 2025: version 24.83 began fixed file naming, to start
    expediting faster and easier delivery of OTC.
  • May 2025 - Web hosting moved to provide SSL security. (https)
  • June 1 2025: version 25.30 becomes standard, and a new product trial-delivery-updating method is firmly in place. 
    Licensing per new device is initially set for 5 years, 
    with unlimited up-to-the-minute self-service updates.
  • June 4th 2025: version 25.40 ready update released, 
    delayed in new-delivery software BETA tests. (NEW PRINTING TAB) 

Future items:

Continue reduction of various browser/Microsoft warnings.

Separate results wording from entry instructions on System forms, and create a separate uncluttered Results form along with each System form, printable.

Update newest Manual S higher allowance limits for 
specific installations.
